Wicking (or capillary action) can be defined as the process by which liquids flow through narrow spaces without the assistance of, or sometimes even in opposition to, external forces like gravity.

We manufacture state-of-the-art sintered porous plastic fragrance releasing wicks which absorb the required liquid and emits the fragrance at a steady rate. These sintered fragrance releasing wicks can be custom-made to fit into any device or contraption as per the customer’s requirements.

Our Fragrance Releasing Wicks are strategically designed to operate at maximum efficiency, causing zero loss of liquid during the process. Further, our products are 100% chemically inert and do not react with any chemical that they may come in contact with.

Over the last 5-7 years, we have observed a growing requirement of our Fragrance Releasing Wicks in the national as well as international market, prominently in Europe, China and Japan; becoming the leading sintered porous plastic fragrance releasing wicks manufacturer in India.

At Sansuk Industries, we have developed in-house techniques to perfect the art of manufacturing Fragrance Releasing Wicks, to produce filter elements which move a liquid fragrance uniformly through our product without the requirement of any external force. To ensure highest quality of our porous plastic wicks, we use imported polymers ~ Polystyrene, Polyethylene, Polypropylene and other Ultra High Density High Molecular Weight Polymers.

As per the specific application, we can provide specially designed porous plastic PP rods or porous plastic PP discs for wicking purposes.
Our specialty lies in customizing our products as per the customer’s requirements.
