Textile Yarn Oil Lubricator

Yarn lubricating agents reduce the fibre-to-fibre and fibre-to-metal friction by forming a film on the surface of the yarn. Yarm Oil Lubricators and typically used in high-speed Two-For-One Twisting (TFO) machines.

Our porous plastic products can function at 100% optimal capacity even under high speed and high temperature. We use special, high-quality polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene and some ultra-high density high molecular weight polymers to manufacture these porous plastic products for applying lubricating agents.

Depending on the specific application and the amount of lubrication required, we can manufacture porous plastic cylinders from 3 microns to 500 microns, of various shaped and sizes. This porous plastic lubricator guarantees smooth functioning of the machine and extends its life.
